Students rate our teaching 90% driving their success

"I am currently working on assignment 6 and the research has given me such confidence. Due to the content of the course, my interest in design has developed beyond any initial expectations and is gradually preparing me for the professional world of design."

Nigel B, Interior Design

"I'm thoroughly enjoying the course. I very much like the way the units are set with a drawing, design, historical and practical assignment. It's great that there is more reading material in the library so you can deepen knowledge of different areas. Thank you! "

Catherine S, Garden Design

"Great course content in the HND Photography course. The course is centred around producing images to a brief or making and discussing with a client. Tutors are very helpful and give excellent advice and quickly."

Peter C, Photography

"I have found the course varied and interesting, often introducing me to skills I have not used before. The subtle build up and development of these skills means that the course has not felt overwhelming even though it has been quite a while since I have studied. I am genuinely enjoying the challenge and find the resources and forums helpful in completing the assignments."

No. There is no requirement to attend all classes if you are doing a classroom-based course. However, we recommend that you attend as many classes as possible so that you can get the support you need to help you complete your course.

By choosing one of our classroom-based courses, you have the benefit of attending classes either every other Saturday or one evening a week. This progression will ensure you can confidently use these skills in real-world scenarios. With the careful guidance of your tutors, you will be asked to submit a range of work which will include written assignments, practical work, presentations and more.

Completed assignments are uploaded to our Online Learning Centre. You will get access to the Online Learning Centre once you register for your course.

We provide student cards at no additional charge. Simply request a student card by contacting Student Services or through the Online Learning Centre, which you will be given access to once you register for your course. You will then receive your student card by post within two weeks. While you don't need a student card to attend class, we recommended requesting one as many retailers will offer discounts to student card holders.
